We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

Due to growth and expansion, we’re looking for a Senior Go Developer to join our Trading Exchange team. We are building an options exchange for the U.S. market — a full-featured exchange with a matching engine, order book, and all the necessary components. The project complies with all regulatory requirements for derivatives exchanges in the United States.

We have a fresh codebase (less than 3 years old), no deep legacy, and minimal technical debt.

What we're building:

• An exchange for trading high-risk instruments (binary options, event-based options, etc.).
• A proprietary clearing system, used not only by our exchange but also by our partner exchanges.
• An SDK for market makers working on our platform.

Our tech stack and development approach:

• Golang is our primary programming language.
• A service-oriented architecture with a custom transport layer (a variation of RPC) inherited from our parent company. We use service discovery and code generation.
• PostgreSQL is the main database. We actively use stored procedures but avoid implementing business logic or complex logic in them.
• We generate statically typed functions for calling procedures — no ORMs or SQL code generation tools.
• Performance is a priority at the architectural level, and we’re planning deeper optimization after implementing the core business logic.
• We actively write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• We also work with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab. However, infrastructure-related tasks are not part of our day-to-day responsibilities — we have dedicated engineers for that.
• We follow Scrum with SAFe framework: 2-week sprints, daily stand-ups at 12:30 GMT+3, retrospectives, and grooming sessions.

The position

You'll join the Website team, responsible for the development and maintenance of our public-facing website. The Website team is a subset of our engineering team, which consists of over 200 engineers across Frontend, Backend, SRE, and QA. We're organized into cross-functional development teams assigned to specific verticals.

Our team works with React and Next.js on the frontend. On the backend, we use Elixir and Phoenix. Postgres is our database of choice. GitLab is used as a version control tool and a CI/CD solution; we use Linear as our issue tracker. Our applications are hosted on AWS. We fully rely on our CI for deployments and deploy multiple times per day.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer for our external website, you'll be responsible for the development and maintenance of our public-facing web presence. This includes implementing SEO best practices to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic, optimizing frontend performance to ensure fast load times and a seamless user experience, and building engaging features that attract and convert visitors. The Cloud Developer Integrations plays a critical role in the successful design, development, deployment, and 2nd line support of system integrations across the enterprise, using Microsoft Azure Integration Services (AIS). As the sole Cloud Developer Integrations on the team, this individual will be responsible for the end-to-end technical implementation and support of integration solutions, working alongside a Business Analyst and a Solution Architect to deliver robust, scalable, and secure integrations that align with business goals and technology strategy.

About the job

As Cloud Developer Integrations you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services (AIS). Coded solutions will be deployed via pipelines and the final delivery will be handed over to BAU (Business As Usual).

As the dedicated integration specialist within the team, this role will design, develop, deploy, and support robust, secure, and scalable integrations that connect business systems and services across the organization. Working closely with the Business Analyst and Solution Architect, you will translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensure integrations adhere to architectural and security standards, and provide 2^nd line support. This position plays a pivotal role in enabling seamless data flow, process automation, and system interoperability that drive business efficiency and innovation.

Main responsibilities

Integration Development & Implementation

• Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, etc.).
• Translate integration requirements into technical solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Ensuring developed solutions are extensively tested according to modern CI/CD standards

Solution Support & Maintenance

• Provide 2nd line support for all Azure-based integrations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure appropriate logging, error handling, and alerting are implemented.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate closely with the Business Analyst and Solution Architect to understand business requirements and define technical specifications.
• Participate in agile delivery ceremonies (e.g., standups, retrospectives, sprint planning).
• Provide technical guidance and input on integration design and architecture.

Governance, Standards & Documentation

• Establish and enforce best practices for integration development and deployment.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation including design diagrams, configuration settings, and operational procedures.
• Ensure all integrations comply with security, compliance, and data governance policies.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Proactively identify opportunities for process automation and integration optimization.
• Stay current with Azure advancements and industry trends to enhance existing integration capabilities.

Education, skills and experience

• 4+ years of experience in Cloud Developer Integration or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, including:

6. Entra Identity Platform
   

• Knowledge of C# and.NET framework,
• Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs, message-based and event-driven architectures.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Azure DevOps
