The Role
Weโre looking for a Head of Security; a pragmatic engineer who will own security across our product, infrastructure, and organisation. This is a hands-on builder role, not just governance or policy. Youโll be deploying tools, writing code, setting up processes, and helping us pass audits, sometimes all in the same quarter.
Youโll work closely with engineering, product, and operations to bake security into everything we do. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the security function from day one and grow it into a broader leadership role as the company scales.
