Who we're looking for

An experienced growth marketer to help us design, implement and scale a high-impact marketing strategy at Softr. This is a rare opportunity to help define and execute core company growth strategies and build drivers for consistent growth patterns. Youโ€™ll report to our Head of Marketing and work with the broader marketing team.

In this role you will:

  • Design, implement and scale our growth marketing strategies for all marketing channels (both B2B and B2C).
  • Help increase customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Run experiments in different marketing channels to help identify what works best for Softr's business and product.
  • Be knowledgeable of online advertising platforms and analytics tools for online channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Be analytical and measure the success of our GTM strategy in user acquisition, retention, engagement and monetization. Define and report on metrics regularly to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate and partner with the product team on in-product growth topics, and with the community on community-driven initiatives.
  • Grow the Softr customer base through co-marketing opportunities with other companies and partnerships (e.g. with third-party communities, agencies, educational institutions, incubators/accelerators, tech newsletters/podcasts), in collaboration with our Community Lead.

What you bring to the table

  • Experienced with horizontal, PLG-type SaaS companies. Ideally, you have helped early-stage companies figure out scalable and defensible marketing acquisition channels and helped grow to the Series B stage and beyond.
  • Have breadth across all areas of growth marketing, with depth in some of these areas: content & SEO, email/lifecycle marketing, website management & conversion rate optimizations, marketing ops and analytics. Help us scale channels that work for us, and figure out what other channels we should experiment and find fit.
  • Passion for no-code and automation and the audience we serve. Weโ€™re looking for someone excited about the no-code space and who wants to dive deep into understanding our audience. Bonus points if youโ€™ve used no-code and automation platforms meaningfully (for work, side projects, we want to learn about them all).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Weโ€™re a 100% remote team, and writing is our primary means of communication at Softr. And we talk to customers a lot, so you must be strong in communicating with them and gathering insights in real-time.
