About the Role

We’re looking for experienced, goal-driven recruiters who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Your job will be to fill our sales floor with top real estate talent — both experienced brokers and high-potential newcomers.

Responsibilities

Manage 10–15 open roles at a time, primarily for sales/broker positions
Build and maintain high-converting hiring funnels
Source candidates via Telegram, LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen, qualify, and push candidates forward fast
Coordinate with the hiring manager, trainers, and onboarding team
Track metrics: sourcing-to-hire rate, time-to-fill, drop-off, quality of hire
Constantly improve the hiring playbook to reduce friction and increase speed

Who You Are

You’ve closed 50+ hires in the past year — ideally in sales, agency, or high-pressure hiring environments
You’re comfortable with high volume and short cycles — and prefer action over endless “alignment” calls
You’re structured, fast, and responsive — you know hiring is a speed game
You use tools like Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Huntflow, CleverStaff, or similar ATS/CRMs to stay organized
You’re fluent in English (B2+)
Experience hiring for real estate, sales, or customer-facing roles is a strong plus
You’re outcome-focused — we care about hires, not hours

What You’ll Own

Prepare contracts, offer letters, and signing workflows

Who You Are

You’ve personally led hiring of 50+ people/year, ideally in sales, agency, or real estate
You’ve built and managed hiring teams (2+ recruiters)
You’re structured, system-driven, and obsessed with funnel metrics
You think in playbooks, workflows, dashboards — and can build them from scratch
You’re fluent in ATS/CRM/ops tools (Huntflow, CleverStaff, Notion, ClickUp, Pipefy, Trello, etc.)
You’re comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-changing environments
Fluent English (B2-C1). Based anywhere, but responsive and hands-on.

Knowledge of Bash and Python for automation.

Looking for a Finance Manager who will build our budgeting, financial reporting and modelling, accounting and general financial processes from the ground up. We see this role growing in the next 1-2 years into a full-blown Head of FInance, standing up the entire finance stack in a scaling startup, and will plug crypto rails into a compliant payments ecosystem - while acting as a partner to the CEO and legal function.

What you’ll be doing:

Financial modelling & budgeting:
1. Adapting venture builder’s and fund’s financial models into a full P&L and budgeting framework.
2. Designing financial models for the current projects.
3. Establishing and running budgeting and reporting processes, including the spreadsheet formats we’ll use.
Accounting & financial policies:
1. Introducing cost-control, management accounting (FP&A) and payment workflows, KPI dashboards and unit-economics frameworks, covering operating expenses, marketing spend, payroll, etc.
2. Setting up policies & systems for procurement, marketing, licensing and IP contracts.

Role goals: first month

P&L and budget assembled.
Expenses planning and financial/management reporting processes designed for all functions/projects and centralized.
4-5 financial models delivered with business leaders for the key strategic projects.
