What you’ll do

As AFC Operations Team Lead, you will support all Anti-Financial Crime tasks including AML, terrorism financing, sanctions, KYC, and fraud. You’ll detect Money Laundering typologies and Financial Crime patterns, while handling external and internal requests to detect potential financial crime. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of analysts and investigators.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate investigation of suspicious activities and reporting.
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

What you need to be successful

Background:
  • Several years with relevant banking experience in Anti Financial Crime
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience on German AML/CTF regulation and handling reporting to BaFin
  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally in law, business or finance) preferred, but not essential
  • Knowledge use of MS Office (G suits) skills for Excel and Word
  • In-depth understanding of Anti-Financial Crime regulations and compliance standards
  • You are fluent in English spoken and written
  • Deliver with quality and keep confidentiality
  • Maintain an analytical mindset, willingness of thinking out of the box and appetite for learning

The Hydrogen Fuel System Engineer will:

  • Lead the design and development of gaseous and cryogenic hydrogen fuel systems, including storage, distribution, and conditioning architectures.
  • Support aircraft integration by defining system layouts, component packaging, and interfaces for onboard hydrogen systems.
  • Manage supplier and partner relationships to ensure timely delivery and technical compliance of hydrogen system components.
  • Define and execute verification, validation, and testing strategies across component, subsystem, and full system levels, including facility oversight.
  • Perform system architecture, safety analysis (FHA, FMEA, FTA), and performance validation, driving design improvements and technical decisions.

We are looking for an experienced Risk Manager to help design, scale, and oversee the fund's risk management framework across trading, DeFi, treasury, and portfolio activities.

About the Role

This is a hands-on investment risk role focused on protecting capital, controlling portfolio exposures, and ensuring the safe operation of complex crypto strategies in highly volatile market conditions. You will work closely with Portfolio Managers, traders, treasury, and senior leadership to build scalable risk processes and maintain disciplined risk governance as the fund grows. Welltory is a health-tech company with over 17 million users that helps people take better care of their health through data analysis. We’re consistently ranked among the top 10 health apps in the United States.

We recently launched Welltory Community, an initiative focused on creating private communities of people who share similar chronic conditions, demographics, and overall phenotypes. All participants use our app to collect and analyze their health data.

Within these communities, hosted on Discord, members exchange insights, support one another through lived experience, and help generate research cases that we investigate using their real-world data in collaboration with a medical advisory board.

This is much more than a support group. It’s a research environment where we collect and analyze continuous longitudinal data from well-defined cohorts, identify patterns, and develop research hypotheses together with community members themselves.

In return, participants gain support, meaningful insights, a deeper understanding of their health, and a sense of belonging among people facing similar challenges. A working mother with Long COVID, for example, can connect with and learn from another mother navigating the same condition. Research Health Data with AI

You’ll have access to a unique dataset that includes:

Product Manager will be joining at a critical inflection point. The biggest challenge in consumer AI isn't building the agent — it's making users understand what to do with it. Your job is to close that gap: every day, for every user.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full product loop: user flows, hypothesis generation, prioritization, handoff to engineering, documentation, and iteration.
  • Drive Onboarding, Monetization, and Retention flows — run tests relentlessly until the numbers move.
  • Stay obsessively close to the industry: talk to users, follow what top consumer AI teams are doing, bring signal back to the team.
  • Be the connector between CEO and engineering — translate vision into specs, specs into shipped features.
  • Constantly generate and validate retention hypotheses. Then generate more.

Requirements

  • Proven B2C product experience with real metrics to show for it.
  • Strong product intuition — you love well-crafted, detail-obsessed products.
  • Comfortable reading unit economics and making decisions from data.
  • Technical background: you've shipped side projects, vibe-coded something, or can hold your own in an eng conversation.
  • Strong at turning ideas into clean specs and aligning clearly with developers.

Key Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain test automation infrastructure for iOS and Android: CI/CD pipelines, test frameworks, reporting
  • Define and evolve standards for writing autotests on iOS and Android (structure, patterns, code style, reviews)
  • Maintain a unified testing framework and reusable components (helpers, page objects, fixtures, page-stable APIs)
  • Help product teams with tricky UI cases, flaky tests, and non-trivial automation scenarios
  • Integrate and roll out quality tools across product teams (Allure TestOps, analytics, observability, metrics)
  • Develop and improve Fastlane / Ruby pipelines for mobile CI/CD
  • Mentor developers and QA engineers in product teams on automation best practices

What makes you the perfect fit

  • 3+ years of experience as a Mobile SDET, Mobile QA Automation Engineer, or in a similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience with iOS (XCUITest, XCTest) and Android (Espresso, JUnit) test automation
  • Proficient in Swift and Kotlin for writing maintainable autotest code
  • Experience with Ruby and Fastlane for mobile CI/CD pipelines
  • Solid understanding of mobile testing methodologies and the test pyramid
  • Experience designing and maintaining test frameworks and reusable test components
  • Experience integrating and operating test reporting/management tooling

What you'll do

  • Manage multiple billing integrations into Paysenger: identify markets and geos of business expansion in close collaboration with Product and Marketing Teams; payment aggregators and processors research, negotiations to ensure the best processing services and rates, partners onboarding and integration.
