Tasks:

• Integrate with the marketing team alongside product managers, software engineers to support the team with properly built analytical tools helping to make data-driven decisions;
• Use/create analytics, metrics and a number of technologies/tools to analyze campaign results, successes and KPIs;
• Adapt to new product features and roll out changes from successful tests;
• Display: Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others;
• Monitor key metrics to observe any changes and trends in user behavior and promptly explore and explain reasons for these changes;
• Build dashboards for C-level and Marketing managers.

Requirements:

• Industry experience using web and mobile measurement partner(MMP) tools such as GA (3+ years), Amplitude, AppsFlyer or Adjust;
• Industry experience working with SQL;.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Redash;
• Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks;
• Written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical;
• Ability to analyze data and turn it into a communicable value proposition.

What you will need in order to be successful:

• Fluency in Swift language
• Good knowledge of the UIKit framework, ability to write layout in code
• Understanding of the MVP or VIPER architecture. Experience with UDF-architectures (TCA)
• Experience with a multi-module project
• Multithreading, including async/await
• SwiftUI knowledge
• Swift Package Manager

Responsibilities:

• Build high-performance databases, and improve data models;

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in designing and developing Python-based solutions;
• Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques;
• Experience with algorithms/data structures;
• Hands-on experience with SQL database design;
• Good knowledge of Python standard library (multiprocessing, threading, and asyncio);
• Good knowledge of python libraries for data analytics- NumPy, pandas, numba, dask, scikit-learn;
• Knowledge of Python web frameworks- flask, tornado, FastAPI;
• Familiarity with deployment tools such as Docker, Anaconda;  Cloud platforms such as Google or AWS and their data-related services;
• Familiarity with web scraping libraries: scrappy, selenium, beautiful soup;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams;
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques;
  Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field; a Master’s is a plus;
