The tasks:

The main goal of a Social Media Manager is to maintain a sustained, and highly active social media presence across multiple channels of Aspect: Twitter, Instagram, Meta, and LinkedIn

About the role

Project description:

Our client is a licensed payment service provider that offers additional services like affiliate marketing, check out pages, invoicing and debtor management.

They would like to strengthen their development within short notice with experienced Ruby developers so they can speed up our development productivity. Their current development team exists of 5 developers and one product owner. They follow the scrum development method.

1 year plus a prolongation option for another 1 year

Responsibilities

• Lead outsourced and in-house payroll, manage payroll across all locations;
• Ensure accurate and timely input of the required data for payroll calculations and processing;
• Manage Employee Experience cycle across all locations – employment, relocation, payroll, HR administration, including consultation with local authorities;
• Prepare employment/service agreements and related amendments;
• Update all employee data in the HR database in a timely manner;
• Keep org structure updated.

What we are looking for

• English: Upper-Intermediate level, written and spoken;
• 5+ years in HR operations, experience in IT companies is a plus;
• Experience with international HR CRM / HRMS as a key user / full administrator (notion of BambooHR will be an advantage)

In this role, you will...

• Search for contacts of decision makers. Our main focus is social networks like Telegram/Twitter/Facebook/Reddit as well as other relevant platforms and channels.
• Communicate with potential customers, identify their needs, handle objections, and transfer them to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain a database of potential customers. We use HubSpot for that.
• Find alternative ways to attract customers. We are always up to trying new things out.
