Responsibilities:
- Prepare specifications and business analysis requirements
- Help design, document, and maintain system processes
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams based on existing and desired system capabilities
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team
- Define reporting and alerting requirements

- Close work with various stakeholders to collect system requirements, analysis, validation, management, and prioritization
- Working with the Development team, operations team, and the Business to ensure all documents are fully understood to be converted into the desired code/systems/technology
- Produce and maintain software documentation including business processes, requirement specifications, and documentation
- Control the delivery and the quality of the created functionality till the moment it is on production. Conduct user acceptance testing
- Ability to measure and analyze basic business, product, and technical metrics

Requirements and skills:
- 3+ years of previous experience in Business/Systems Analysis
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements (BRD)
- Experience in design and development of software documentation (API specifications)
- Fundamentals of the theory of algorithms, database theory, systems theory and system analysis, the basics of information security
- Understanding of basic concepts of UI/UX
- Experience in iterative development mode, understanding scrum framework
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
- Knowledge of BPMN, sequence diagrams, mind mapping techniques
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills (English)
- Experience in fintech as a plus
