Why This Role Exists
Plurio's product is built on a backend that has to do two hard things at once: serve fast, reliable APIs to a live SaaS product and crunch large analytical datasets that drive marketing attribution, reports, and the AI agent layer on top.
We're growing the team that builds and evolves those backend services — C# microservices on top of MS SQL Server. We need engineers who move comfortably between application code (ASP.NET Core, EF Core, async paths, integrations) and the database (T-SQL, schema, indexes, query plans), and who can ship features end-to-end without dropping quality at the boundary between the two.

What You'll Own
- Backend feature development
Build and extend microservices in ASP.NET Core that power our marketing analytics engine — APIs, business logic, integrations with ad platforms and downstream consumers. - Database work
Design and evolve schemas, T-SQL, indexes, and queries that support attribution reports and analytical workloads. Read query plans, find regressions, and tune with measurable before/after. - Performance and scale
Drive optimization across the stack — both in C# (async paths, ORM tuning, batching, caching) and SQL (indexes, statistics, plan stability). Help the platform stay fast as data volume grows. - Architecture and clean engineering
Apply SOLID and design patterns where they earn their keep; keep services small, contracts clear, and migrations safe in a live system. - Quality and operations
Code review, incident analysis, CI/CD with Azure DevOps, Git the way the team does it. AI-assisted coding is part of how we work — we actively use various AI tools (Cursor, Copilot-class tools, and more) and provide team access to premium services; use them where they improve quality and speed, not as a substitute for judgment. - Collaboration with engineering
Partner with product, data, and AI engineering on data model and service boundaries: migrations, backward compatibility, clear contracts between app and database.
You're the Right Person If
Requirements:
- A minimum of four years of hands-on experience in MS SQL and C# development is required.
- Solid knowledge and application of design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Experience working with Entity Framework Core (or another production ORM in C#).
- Proven proficiency in web development, specifically in ASP.NET Core.
- Experience and interest in AI-assisted coding (we actively use various AI tools and provide team access to premium services).
- Proficiency in using version control systems, particularly Git.
- Intermediate+ English language skills and native-level Russian.

At Gracia, we are proud to be the first in the world to create photorealistic volumetric videos based on Gaussian Splatting / 4DGS. For the past 2.5 years, we have been building the infrastructure for producing and distributing this new type of content.
4DGS is a new content format where a video can be rendered from any point in space inside it. This is not our first startup: we are building Gracia with an experienced team of ex-Prisma AI people — 150M App Store downloads, #1 AI avatars in 2022 — and ex-netmonet people — exit in 2021, with a valuation of several billion rubles. We are building this company for ourselves: designing it to become a real, full-scale business for real users, not just something to be sold to Big Tech.
How does it work?
- A scene is captured simultaneously from multiple angles using regular cameras.
- The synchronized camera videos are converted by our technology and pipeline into a photorealistic, dynamic 3D scene.
- This scene is then rendered in real time on a device, allowing the user to watch the video from any point in space at any moment in time — in other words, to walk inside the video, with the image recalculated instantly and without latency. Passthrough / mixed reality mode also allows the user to blend volumetric video with their own environment, effectively bringing a real captured scene into their own space.
This is not 3D animation or an avatar — it is real footage, a new type of content and user experience. Over the past three years, the technology has already proven that it will fundamentally change not only what VR/AR content looks like, but also how virtual production for films works, as well as how immersive replays will be produced for sports broadcasting.

We are now looking for a Head of Growth — someone who will help us build product analytics, marketing analytics, and management reporting from scratch. This person will also lead revenue growth and key metrics growth based on data. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work closely with our UK-based team. We want someone who will focus on getting into the details of problems. - Build the source of truth. Define core product, growth, and revenue metrics - and ensure they’re calculated consistently across every app in the portfolio.
- Design the analytics system. Own how events, attribution, funnels, and reporting are structured. Decide how data gets collected, modeled, and interpreted.
- Stay hands-on. Write SQL, build models (revenue, UA, product insights), ship dashboards. You're the senior operator, not a layer of oversight.
- Partner across the business. Work directly with Growth, UA, Monetisation, and Product as a core stakeholder not a ticket queue.
- Lead the BI team. Set direction for our BI engineers, raise the bar on quality, and help them grow.
- Scale across apps. Build reusable systems that work portfolio-wide, not one-off solutions for one app.
- Own data quality end-to-end. Validate accuracy, catch inconsistencies before stakeholders do, and make sure two teams looking at the same number see the same number.
What you'll need to succeed
- Senior analytics or BI leadership experience with deep, hands-on SQL and modeling work - you've been the most technical person in the room and the one setting direction.
- Mobile app experience is mandatory. You've worked with mobile KPIs (DAU/MAU, LTV, ROAS, retention curves) and understand how attribution actually works in practice.
- A track record of building analytics from a messy, fragmented state into something coherent - defining metrics, standardising tracking, getting teams aligned on the same numbers.
- Strong business thinking. You ask " what decision does this unlock?" before "what query do I run?"
- Comfort leading a small team while staying in the work yourself.
- You can move fast in evolving setups without waiting for the perfect spec.
Bonus points for
- Experience scaling analytics across a portfolio of apps or products (not just one).
- Familiarity with dbt, and Metabase - or the appetite to pick them up in week one.
- Familiarity with mobile attribution platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar).

- 5+ years of experience in creative production (agency, in-house, or production company)
- Strong experience managing video shoots, post-production, and digital-first content (organic and paid)

MLOps Engineer - Job Description
We are looking for an experienced MLOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving pipelines for training machine learning models, processing and checking data quality, testing models and ensuring their correctness, and building model monitoring systems.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Design and build ELT pipelines for data processing and analysis.
- Construct MLOps pipelines for automated retraining and validation of models.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for deploying models and ML services.

We are currently looking for a senior-level leader to own and scale our global traffic acquisition direction across multiple products, verticals, and GEOs.
We are looking for someone with an operator mindset, a person who deeply understands the global traffic ecosystem: where attention is moving, which sources are undervalued, where inventory is cheaper, what scales in specific GEOs, and how to identify opportunities before the market becomes saturated.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and scale the global traffic acquisition / performance marketing direction
- Manage traffic buying across multiple GEOs simultaneously
- Build acquisition strategies for EU, US, LATAM, MENA, APAC, and emerging markets
- Identify new traffic sources, arbitrage opportunities, and scalable acquisition channels
- Own performance metrics including CAC, CPA, ROI, ROMI, LTV, and retention efficiency
- Analyze auction dynamics, CPM/CPC fluctuations, conversion behavior, and traffic quality
- Launch, test, and rapidly scale new acquisition hypotheses
- Monitor global market trends, algorithm shifts, platform changes, and emerging acquisition opportunities
Requirements
- Strong hands-on (5+ years) experience in international traffic acquisition (EU/US markets required)

- Experience working with multi-GEO products and campaigns
