About the Role

This is not a classic EA or PA job; it is a managerial leadership post supporting the Founder of Constructor Group, a tech- and education-focused entrepreneur.

You will:

About the role

  • You will be a key member of Wooga's finance team, preparing the financial reporting to our parent company (monthly/quarterly/yearly) in accordance with international accounting standards (US-GAAP)
  • You will be overseeing and driving all activities of the accounting department as well as lead a team of 2 - 3 accountants
  • You will be leading the communication with our shareholder financial reporting team
  • You will evaluate complex accounting issues, changes in standards and ensure that they are properly reflected in our financial reporting
  • You will be responsible for the organization and coordination of internal controls over financial reporting across the organization (SOX)
  • You will be liaising with external partners such as auditors, tax advisors and banks
  • You will report directly to the Finance Director and work closely with the team members in charge of accounting, tax and financial planning and analysis

About you

  • You have relevant senior accounting experience with a proven track record of leading a team
  • You have a strong understanding of group reporting processes, detailed knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS and Experience in implementing SOX requirements as well as strong knowledge of accounting systems (e.g. Navision, SAP Business One, Oracle) and advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills
  • No prior experience with German GAAP needed, however willingness to learn and improve German GAAP knowledge is mandatory
  • University Degree in Finance or Accounting with a strong academic record reflecting excellence and high achievement. Alternatively, adequate business experience and a high-level professional certification
  • Experience working in the digital industry
  • Excellent English language skills

Increase the quantity and quality of incoming leads and ensure sustainable growth in brand awareness for Fuse San Francisco within the franchise zone through strategic marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a one-year marketing strategy focused on the local market;
  • Create and launch promotions, offers, and a product matrix to attract and retain customers;
  • Plan the content calendar and organize content production (copy, visuals, video);
  • Manage advertising platforms: monitor performance, and communicate with account managers (Yelp, Google, etc.);
  • Optimize advertising campaigns within the available budget;
  • Develop strategies to increase reviews on key platforms;
  • Collect and analyze data: traffic, engagement, conversions, and other KPIs;
  • Organize and execute marketing campaigns (including major initiatives currently in development).

Expectations:

  • At least 2 years of marketing experience;

  • Ability to think strategically and act quickly;

Optimize the operations of the Client Care Department and continuously improve the quality of customer service by enhancing team performance, implementing efficient processes, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across all communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of dispatchers and customer service operators (planning, supervision, motivation, training)
  • Optimize processes: implement new standards, procedures, scripts, and KPIs
  • Analyze department performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
  • Set up and maintain a system for monitoring the quality of calls and customer interactions
  • Handle complaints and complex cases; work on improving the overall customer experience
  • Personally resolve critical or sensitive customer issues
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and continuously improve operational process scripts
  • Responsible for scheduling work for technicians

Expectations:

  • 2โ€“3 years of experience managing a team of dispatchers or a contact center
  • Strong understanding of customer service, logistics, or service industry operations
