Your main goal will be to support the build-out of n8n’s legal function as a foundational hire — enabling our sales team to close complex deals at scale while shaping a modern, AI-first legal strategy.

In our finance function we aspire to set the industry pace for speed and accuracy of reporting. We aim to achieve this by driving our product pricing and terms, contracting, sales processes and systems into alignment. We are looking for a professionally qualified accounting leader with expertise in NetSuite to build scalable processes, automated through correct and auditable implementations in NetSuite, Salesforce and other connected business systems.

This lead will work across teams including product management, legal, FP&A, sales operations and commercial business systems to align understanding and ensure that the accounting and revenue recognition treatment of contracts and products is straightforward and correct, with a very high level of automation. Perhaps unusually we prefer a leader with deep personal interest in the software and technology industry, and ideally some data analytics and software engineering experience. The Systems & Controls Accountant will ensure the proper application of revenue accounting guidance for public market scrutiny. Ideally they will also be technically savvy and able to work effectively with technical teams and software engineers.

Key responsibilities

We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Performance Specialist to ideate, produce, and optimize direct-response ad creatives that scale digital products across niches like dating, mental health, spirituality, and more. You won’t just write briefs. You’ll bring concepts to life yourself. 

Your mission

Lead direct response creative from concept to launch. You’ll own ideation, research, scripting, and hands-on production for ads that power paid social campaigns on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. You’ll work closely with UGC talent, editors, and media buyers to bring concepts to life and iterate quickly based on performance.

This is a full-time, fully remote contractor role.

  • Experienced: 2+ years of experience in performance creative or direct-response content creation
  • Hands-On Creator: You don’t just ideate - you script, shoot, and edit where needed
  • Direct-Response Fluent: You understand the psychology and structure behind conversion-first ads
  • Platform Native: You’re fluent in what works (and what doesn’t) on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube
  • Creative & Analytical: You know how to craft a hook and how to optimize for CTR and ROAS
  • Collaborative: You thrive when working with editors, media buyers, and UGC creators
  • Fast-Mover: Comfortable working in a test-heavy, iterative environment

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Designing visually engaging, informative, and easy-to-understand presentations for both internal and external use—supporting teams such as Sales, Education & Onboarding, and others.
  • Managing the full presentation design process from initial briefing to final delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to shape strong storytelling, refine layout, incorporate feedback, and ensure high-quality output on schedule.
  • Develop custom presentation concepts while maintaining consistency with the company's template deck and visual identity.
  • Create banners and graphic assets for internal communications, as well as visuals for internal video content such as educational courses and team engagement videos.

About You:

  • Experienced in creating remarkable Google Slides and PowerPointpresentations, working with visual design and written content.
  • Confident using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Good at thinking critically, doing research, and taking responsibility for your work.
  • Careful with details and able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Able to work independently, handle tight deadlines, and manage several tasks at once.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English (C1+).
  • Familiarity with InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other design tools is a plus.

  • Possess advanced written and spoken English; fluency in Ukrainian is a plus.

It would be beneficial to know:
