About the role
As the Senior Content Strategist at Fluxon, youโll lead our efforts to drive brand visibility and awareness, to position Fluxon as a leader in the industry. - Manage privacy-compliant audience strategies, staying ahead of cookie-less targeting, AI-driven automation, and evolving social algorithms.

We'd love to meet you if
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media, having worked at a media agency, marketing agency, in-house media team, or social media platform.
- Knowledge of core principles of brand and business growth.
- Have experience in presenting and pitching ideas to stakeholders and senior management.
- In-depth experience in planning and activating with the most relevant paid digital media platforms and tools.
- Strategic ad tech knowledge and implementation experience of the main components of the marketing techstack (ie DSP partners, DCO partners, Brand Safety solutions)
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently among multiple strategies and global campaign management
- Deep understanding of digital performance marketing metrics, tools, best practices, tracking, and attribution models, with the ability to take action based on data-driven recommendations.
- You are experienced in managing complex projects, large budgets and delivering against ambitious targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights to senior leadership.
