We are looking for a Head of IT Monitoring Team to lead two teams—24/7 Duty Admins (L1) and Technical Monitoring Specialists—and to design, develop, implement, and operate a comprehensive monitoring service that ensures stability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure and products.

About the role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer (AI Platform) to design and scale the systems powering Replika’s emotional AI. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of software engineering and AI, collaborating directly with the product team to ship new features to millions of users. Responsibilities
- Design and build an app that delivers real-time emotional AI experiences at scale (sub-second latency for millions of requests).
- Integrate with LLMs providers, run open-weights models on our GPU clusters, help fine-tune our own LLMs.
- Participate in design reviews, set technical direction, and ensure scalability and reliability of applied AI services.
- Optimize for global growth: high-availability systems, replication, cost-effective API integrations, and scalable embeddings search.
Requirements

Your Key Responsibilities
Network Implementation:

Your main tasks will be:
- Generate hypotheses based on analytical data, customer journey maps (CJM), key business metrics, and lifecycle and loyalty metrics.
- Create business specifications with measured potential business effects.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Graphic Artist to join the Game development team.
As a Senior Graphic Artist with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience, you will form a key part of a new creative studio within an established business. The company expects Game Artists to have strong illustration skills along with a solid grasp of layout and UI design.
