Reporting to the Head of Marketing Analytics & CRO, you'll own the website growth roadmap, lead experimentation efforts, and partner with Marketing and Engineering to build scalable, high-performing web experiences.
This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Product, and Technology. You'll balance conversion optimization, platform improvements, and operational efficiency to help teams launch, measure, and optimize faster.
What You'll Do
- Own the website growth and experimentation roadmap, aligning initiatives to pipeline, conversion, and business goals.
- Partner with Marketing and Engineering to deliver high-performing landing pages, campaigns, and website experiences.
- Build and prioritize an experimentation backlog across messaging, conversion paths, page templates, and key user journeys.
- Drive A/B testing and optimization initiatives to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and pipeline generation.
- Define requirements for website enhancements, CMS workflows, and platform capabilities.
- Improve marketing self-service capabilities through reusable templates, components, and scalable workflows.
- Partner with Analytics to establish tracking requirements, event taxonomy, reporting, and measurement frameworks.
- Balance growth opportunities, technical investments, and engineering capacity through clear prioritization.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve speed, usability, and conversion.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Product Management, Product Management, CRO, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of website optimization, experimentation, customer acquisition, and conversion funnels.
- Experience translating business goals into product requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience leading A/B testing and experimentation programs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of web analytics, experimentation metrics, funnel analysis, and conversion reporting.

The mission
A product you try once — then refuse to work without.
Theona takes the boring, repetitive parts of the job. It's the next step after Claude: what you love personally, now unlocked for the whole team — shared spaces, autonomous runs, unified processes, self-improving agents.
B2B SaaS is covered. We hunt the channels no one's found yet — and get there first.
Why join us
- The product. Cutting-edge AI that walks into a company, maps every process, and absorbs the operational work into itself — amplifying the people instead of replacing them.
- The team. A charged-up crew of true AI believers living on the frontier of the market. Strong engineers, serial-entrepreneur founders — CTO and MIT professor.
- The upside. Competitive base salary; a % of every deal you help close; stock sized to your performance and impact.
The job
- Master. Get deep into Theona — what it does and where it shines. Then hunt for new channels and test positioning for each. Translate "tech" into "value".
- Track. Live on the front edge of AI — the startup launches, the ad creatives, the winning campaigns. Spot what works and adapt it.
- Ship. Test fast: packaging, channels, audiences, hooks. Doesn't land? Cut it and iterate again.
- Land. Find the repeatable GTM channel that brings in qualified leads week after week. And own it.
- Own. Put Theona in front of the most forward-thinking teams in the world. Find what works and build around it. As Theona scales, so do you.
You
- Live AI. You follow the companies building forward-thinking AI startups — the launches, the ad creative, the winning campaigns.
- Use AI. You use it daily in your own work, write with it cleanly, and never let a model talk you into a hallucinated take or sloppy term.
- Are fast. You can ship a landing page, an ad set, and a full campaign overnight — without waiting on the founder to unblock you.
- Are bold. You make calls others wouldn't. When something isn't landing, you repackage, repitch, and reposition fast.
- Bring experience. You've worked with the European and North American markets — a strong plus.
- Don't stall. Don't let anything block you, and keep the motion going.

We’re building a new model of collaborative care for people living with chronic conditions. These are private communities that bring together people with similar phenotypes, diagnoses, age, gender, and lifestyles. We’re looking for a physician communicator and researcher who believes it’s time to explore new approaches and recognizes that traditional healthcare often falls short when it comes to preventing chronic diseases and reducing flare-ups.
Who We Are
Welltory is a health-tech company with over 17 million users that helps people take better care of their health through data analysis. We’re consistently ranked among the top 10 health apps in the United States.
We recently launched Welltory Community, an initiative focused on creating private communities of people who share similar chronic conditions, demographics, and overall phenotypes. All participants use our app to collect and analyze their health data.
Within these communities, hosted on Discord, members exchange insights, support one another through lived experience, and help generate research cases that we investigate using their real-world data in collaboration with a medical advisory board.
This is much more than a support group. It’s a research environment where we collect and analyze continuous longitudinal data from well-defined cohorts, identify patterns, and develop research hypotheses together with community members themselves.
In return, participants gain support, meaningful insights, a deeper understanding of their health, and a sense of belonging among people facing similar challenges. A working mother with Long COVID, for example, can connect with and learn from another mother navigating the same condition. Together, the community helps build a unique dataset that combines subjective experiences and objective measurements from people with similar phenotypes and lifestyles.
We believe this represents a new kind of care for people living with chronic conditions.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a physician or a specialist with a background in medicine, physiology, or a related field who will serve as a medical consultant, researcher, and educator within our community.
Research-mindedness, emotional intelligence, and a genuine interest in communicating with people are essential. A good sense of humor is also highly appreciated (medical humor included).
This is not a clinical practice role. A medical license is not required, and the country where you obtained your education does not matter.
The position sits at the intersection of research, education, emotional support, and health data analytics.
What You’ll Do
Research Health Data with AI
You’ll have access to a unique dataset that includes:
- Daily HRV measurements
- Activity tracking data
- Wellness journals
- Menstrual cycle data
- Community engagement patterns
All data is stored in a structured data lake.
You’ll work alongside AI assistants such as Claude to analyze data, identify patterns, and generate hypotheses. Programming experience is not required. What matters is your ability to use AI effectively, understand what questions to ask, and clearly articulate what you are looking for.
Lead Clinical Education Within the Community
You’ll help community members interpret their data, create educational content, participate in group case discussions, and collaborate with our medical advisory board.
You’ll be one of the primary people interacting with community members on Discord, carefully reading their messages and responding in the most helpful way possible.
Sometimes this means helping participants understand their data in a medical context—without providing diagnoses or treatment recommendations, but through education and explanation of potential patterns.
Strong scientific communication skills are critical. You should be able to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language without oversimplifying the underlying science.
At other times, your role will involve providing empathy, encouragement, and human support while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
Publish Research
We aim to produce peer-reviewed publications, including:
- Case series
- Observational cohort studies
- Descriptive research
You will be eligible for co-authorship.
Our research is uniquely positioned thanks to access to longitudinal wearable data combined with self-reported outcomes from cohorts of people with similar phenotypes and lifestyles—an area that remains significantly underrepresented in the scientific literature.
Advise the Product and Research Teams
You’ll help validate analytical approaches, review the medical accuracy of reports and AI-generated content, and contribute to the design of health metrics and research tools.
Facilitate Community Discussions
You’ll help maintain the quality and scientific integrity of discussions within the community.
This includes:
- Gently guiding conversations in productive directions
- Evaluating participant-shared information against current scientific evidence
- Correcting misconceptions and myths with tact and empathy
Your goal is to help members share experiences and insights while preserving an evidence-based foundation for discussion— without dismissing personal experiences and without allowing unsupported claims to spread.
You’ll work closely with a professional community facilitator and a mental health expert.
Each community is supported by its own medical advisory board composed of university professors, practicing physicians, and specialists with expertise relevant to that specific phenotype. They are available for consultation on complex questions and challenging cases.
What Matters to Us
Required
- Advanced degree in medicine, physiology, sports medicine, rehabilitation, or a related field (MD, PhD, or equivalent; country of education does not matter)
- Ability to write and publish a paper in a peer-reviewed journal (demonstrated experience or a convincing plan for your first publication)
- Strong written English
- Interest in at least several of the following areas:
- Chronic fatigue
- Burnout
- Chronic stress
- Hypertension
- Perimenopause
- Chronic pain
- Dysautonomia
- Long COVID
- Migraine
- MCAS
- Irritable bowel syndrome
- Dysregulation of the body's adaptive systems
- A strong belief that continuous streams of subjective and objective health data can help prevent disease, reduce flare-ups, and improve quality of life for people with chronic conditions
- Willingness to use AI tools as part of everyday work
- Scientific integrity and a solid understanding of statistics and biomarker analysis
Nice to Have
- Experience working with wearable data (HRV, accelerometry, sleep staging)
- Familiarity with ME/CFS, Long COVID, PEM, and POTS, at least through scientific literature
- Experience in health data science, epidemiology, or biostatistics
- Publications of any kind (peer-reviewed papers, preprints, reviews)
- Experience in community health, patient education, or telehealth
- Knowledge of Python, R, or SQL (using AI assistance is perfectly acceptable)
Working Format
- Fully remote
- Full-time, with the possibility of transitioning gradually from part-time
- Compensation based on experience and mutual agreement
- Flexible working arrangements
- Guaranteed co-authorship on publications when ICMJE authorship criteria are met
- A team of exceptionally smart and highly professional people committed to helping others and building genuinely innovative solutions

About the company
At Vivid, we're on a mission to change how businesses and individuals manage their money across Europe. For businesses, we build tools that actually make a difference: multi-IBAN accounts, high-yield savings, business cashback, team cards, and accounting integrations that save real time — all in one place. And for individuals, we offer a simple way to manage and grow your wealth: access to global stocks, ETFs and 150+ cryptocurrencies, cashback, and personalised financial insights. Our mission? Your success. Everyone deserves the chance to see their finances flourish, and we're dedicated to empowering our customers to make this a reality. Founded in 2019 in Berlin by Alexander Emeshev and Artem Iamanov, Vivid has quickly grown into one of Germany's top financial platforms for SMEs and private accounts. Since then, we've expanded rapidly across Europe, earning the trust of over 500,000 customers — and with over €200 million raised and a valuation of €775 million, we're just getting started. We're building Vivid as an AI-native organization — across every function, from product to compliance to operations. Automation handles a growing share of day-to-day execution. For us, this means our teams can focus on architecture, strategy, and high-impact decision-making. This changes how we work: less manual execution, more ownership in building systems that scale. We want to help define what AI-native looks like in a regulated financial environment — and we're looking for people who want to build that future with us.
About The Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud Engineering team. The role covers the full scope of day-to-day infrastructure operations – Kubernetes, CI/CD, databases, observability, and networking – while also contributing to a new direction we are actively building: AI Operations. You will work in a real production environment of a growing fintech company. AI Operations does not mean adding an LLM plugin to a pipeline. It means thoughtfully automating what is currently done by hand: infrastructure change reviews, runbook generation, anomaly detection in deployments, and tooling for the AI services our product teams are building.
Tech Stack: AWS · GCP · Terraform · Kubernetes · EKS · Karpenter · Helm · GitLab CI/CD · ArgoCD · VictoriaMetrics · Grafana · Prometheus · ELK / OpenSearch · Jaeger · Istio · PostgreSQL / Aurora · Redis · MongoDB · Kafka · Python · Go · Bash · Ansible · Cloudflare.
Your Mission
- Kubernetes & Platform Maintain and upgrade Managed EKS clusters, develop and maintain Helm charts, CRDs, and Kubernetes operators. Administer Istio service mesh and participate in resilience testing, including chaos tests as part of DORA compliance.
- CI/CD & Automation Own and develop CI/CD pipelines in GitLab and manage GitOps workflows via ArgoCD. Write automation and tooling in Python, Go, and Bash.
- Reliability & Observability Operate AWS Aurora PostgreSQL/RDS, AWS Managed Redis, Atlas MongoDB, and Kafka clusters, with monitoring, tested backup strategies, and documented recovery procedures. Maintain the observability stack — VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Prometheus, centralized logging via ELK/OpenSearch, and distributed tracing (Jaeger, APM, OpenTelemetry).
- AI Operations Integrate LLM-based tooling into CI/CD for automated review of infrastructure changes, runbook generation, and deployment anomaly detection. Build and support infrastructure for internal AI services and agent workflows, including management of LLM gateways, model proxies, and cost allocation across teams.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud / DevOps / SRE, including designing complex, scalable high-load services.
- Strong command of Linux systems and a good understanding of networking basics.
- Production Kubernetes experience (EKS preferred), with AWS as primary cloud provider; GCP is a plus.
- GitLab CI/CD: writing pipelines, managing runners, troubleshooting; Helm: authoring and maintaining charts.
- Terraform for infrastructure as code (Pulumi is a plus).
- PostgreSQL / Aurora: administration, monitoring, and replication concepts.
- Python or Go for scripting and automation, plus Shell/Bash scripting.
- Comfortable communicating clearly in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have: Experience developing Kubernetes operators and working with Karpenter, ArgoCD, and Istio (traffic policies, service mesh concepts). Production experience with Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch, and familiarity with VictoriaMetrics/pgwatch. Hands-on experience with LLM APIs or AI agent infrastructure. Understanding of DORA requirements and resilience testing practices.
Why Join Vivid?
- We have a hybrid model in our Limassol office, or fully remote outside office locations.
- We support relocation to Cyprus (visa, package) when needed.
- Competitive senior-level compensation, reflecting the seniority and impact of the role (depending on location).
- Learning & development budget to support your professional growth.
- Fully paid vacation and sick leave.
- Sports compensation.
- Real growth prospects, significant responsibility, and the ability to make an immediate impact from day one.
- Enhance your expertise and shape the future of FinTech. Join Vivid's talented team and help us revolutionize how businesses think about their finances!

Team description

What You'll Own
- Be the primary entry point for new Product Ops initiatives — prioritize them, decide what gets resourced, and route what doesn't fit.
- Lead major cross-team process changes: design the frame, align stakeholders, and drive adoption.
- Own cross-team processes across the Product department (Product, Design, and Analytics) where central coordination is required — quarterly planning, goal decomposition, metrics alignment.
- Build and maintain shared frameworks and artifacts (prioritization logic, metrics models, decision templates) that improve clarity and consistency across the product team.
- Identify and escalate systemic process problems that require cross-team or leadership-level decisions.
- Drive AI automation of product workflows — identify high-leverage opportunities, build or oversee solutions, measure against baselines, and decide what scales across the team.
- At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate.
- Manage Product Ops focus and load: ensure the team works on things that move the needle, not reactive noise.
What Success Looks Like
- Product Ops initiatives have a transparent, understood focus — no one wonders what the function is for.
- Shared processes are adopted and used consistently across product teams (measured by adoption rate and CSAT).
- Operational noise decreases — fewer ad-hoc requests, less manual coordination, fewer alignment gaps.
- Product decisions become more predictable and higher quality — even as the company keeps scaling fast.
What We're Looking For
- Process design experience. You've built or significantly improved operational processes in a product or tech environment. You think in systems, not tasks.
- Cross-functional influence. You know how to align people who don't report to you. You bring clarity to ambiguous situations and can drive decisions across teams.
- Metrics-driven. You track adoption and satisfaction as seriously as any product team tracks conversion. You know how to set a baseline and measure change.
- Bias toward scalability. You distinguish between fixing a one-off problem and building something the whole team can use. When both paths are possible, you ask: will this still work when the team doubles?
- Full ownership of your domain. You take accountability for outcomes, not just tasks. Blockers are your problem to solve — not someone else's.
- AI automation fluency. You've used AI tools to automate workflows or processes — and you can identify where automation creates real leverage vs. where it's noise.
- Fluent English (C1+). We're a mixed company — the product team works in Russian, but you'll have English-language meetings daily and work with English documentation constantly.
- 2–3 years of experience in People Management. You'll be managing a small team with plans to grow, so hands-on experience leading and developing people is essential.
Bonus Points
- Product fluency — you understand how product teams work: discovery, prioritization, planning cycles, roadmap trade-offs
- Background in product operations or program management
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks, quarterly planning processes, or company-wide goal alignment
- Comfortable working in a fast-scaling environment without a defined playbook for everything
Benefits
- 31 days of paid time off
- 100% paid telemedicine plan
- Home office setup assistance
- English learning courses
- Professional education budget
- Gym or swimming pool membership
- Co-working support
- Fully remote work

What we do
The open secret within the marketing and advertising industry is that it’s built on exploiting our data. Like, when you mention something to a friend and the next thing you know, you are being bombarded with adverts for it. Companies track everything we do online to follow our movement and understand our behavior. They collect this information, aggregate it, and sell it.
People have various complicated options to stop it from happening, but we believe they should have a better choice – to join the game and earn from it themselves! Monetha gives people an opportunity to be rewarded for their data. In return for sharing their data with companies, people earn points. And they can redeem these points for products, vouchers, or crypto.
In Monetha we are providing a set of solutions that enables direct communication between end-users and online services, eliminating the need to rely on 3rd party data aggregators or centralized platforms.
