Job description

ZEDEDA’s marketing team is growing and hiring a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to own, administer, and optimize the marketing technology stack. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting and executing campaign and event operations, enhancing overall marketing process, technology, and workflow, and own ZEDEDA’s overall operational strategy for attribution, tracking and reporting of marketing performance. The ideal candidate has expertise in Hubspot, possesses a deep understanding of marketing automation, database management, and campaign optimization, and is committed to helping drive measurable results in our marketing programs. The role requires exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects, ensuring that technology and automation are integrated and deployed effectively, tools are optimized, data is tracked properly, and operations are running seamlessly.

Job Duties

  • Manage and administer marketing automation via Hubspot as well as integrations with other platforms (e.g., Infotelligent, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn)
  • Partner with internal stakeholders from marketing and sales on lead-flow initiatives that impact sales and business development efforts
  • Own tools and processes to deliver efficiencies in campaign and lead management improving how marketing generated leads are progressed through the funnel for optimized conversion
  • Own our overall operational strategy for attribution, tracking and reporting of marketing performance
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness
  • Proactively own process improvements while driving change and efficiencies across marketing programs, systems, reporting, etc.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Execute marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and lead generation. Monitor and report on campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure that marketing activities are compliant with relevant laws and guidelines (e.g., GDPR)

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in startup or growth-stage tech company marketing operations or equivalent experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Hubspot and how to implement integrations with the entire marketing technology stack
  • Exceptional knowledge of enterprise SaaS marketing best practices, including metrics/key performance indicators and segmentation
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem solving capabilitiesExperience working cross-functionally and managing senior level stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
  • Goal-oriented and able to manage complex projects across teams

Pay & Benefits

Zededa’s main compensation philosophy is to provide you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop with the company. The base pay range, dependent on your skills, qualifications, experience and location for this role is between $130,000 and $150,000, and will also include commission, equity and benefits components to round out your total compensation.

Your main tasks will be the following:

  • Assist in the development, creation, and publication of digital design assets (such as web pages, email campaigns, social media posts, etc.) according to brand guideline
  • Coordinate digital campaigns, including planning, design, monitoring, optimization & reporting
  • Coordinate social media channels e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Pinterest
  • Creating and facilitating send out of our email marketing communications
  • Coordinating creation of new pages on our label.averydennison.com/eu website
  • Planning and posting social media posts on our LinkedIn account
  • Coordinating translation of various texts to be used either for website, social media, or email marketing
  • And last but not least... Join the team in creative brainstorming for a diverse range of projects

We are looking for a candidate who can start on February 15th 2024. The ideal candidate is available 5 days per week for 6 months. The location of the position is our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest. The internship can be done remotely for up to 2 days per week.

What kind of candidate are we looking for?

  • Someone currently following a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any related studies in a Dutch university
  • Someone fluent in writing and speaking English, other languages are a plus
  • Someone digitally savvy with a keen interest in software such as Mailchimp, Hubspot, and WordPress
